– Eggs 4
– Ghee 1 cup
– Sugar ½ cup
– Powder milk 1 cup
– Fresh Milk 2 cups
-Yellow food color pinch
-Elachi powder ½ tsp
-Nuts (Raisins, cashew nuts, almonds) as required its up to you
-In a bowl add eggs, sugar, powder, food color ,milk and fresh milk whisk it properly.
-In a pan, add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly.
-Add, Elachi powder and mix well.
-Cook until milk and sugar water dies up.
– sprinkle nuts
-Egg dessert is ready.
